A leading banking institution based in St Peter Port is looking to recruit an Assistant Manager in Trust Control.

As the Assistant Manager in Trust Control, the main responsibility will be to manage and monitor the risk factors associated with client portfolios. Additionally, the successful candidate will need to ensure strict adherence to group policies and conduct background reviews on prospective clientele.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has over five years of experience in Trust and Company administration settings, has extensive knowledge of Guernsey Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and holds a STEP qualification or equivalent.

They will also be expected to lead and mentor a team of trust control professionals, work collaboratively with the wider business, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This role as a team leader will require the candidate to provide guidance, support, and training, as well as oversee the day-to-day operations of the team.
