We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager – Soft Services to lead the heavy side commercial cleaning team. This site-based role involves managing cleaning operations such as pressure washing, roof and gutter cleaning, high-level cleaning, and drain clearance across multiple locations.
The successful candidate will ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. They will supervise a team, carry out site inspections, manage equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. As the main point of contact on-site, they will also support staff training, review work quality, and handle client requests.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industry experience, including team supervision, hold a BICSc Licence to Practice, and have strong communication and organisational skills. A full, clean category B driving license is essential.
