An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional with a passion for real assets to join an esteemed team as an Assistant Manager in St. Helier, Jersey.
As the Assistant Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring client administration is carried out to the highest standard, providing effective leadership and supervision to junior staff, and demonstrating excellent financial acumen. This role requires a high level of responsibility, including managing complex client portfolios and reviewing financial statements for accuracy and compliance. The candidate will also be required to supervise junior staff and delegate tasks effectively, therefore, the ability to lead and motivate a team is paramount.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a Table 4 qualification, six years of relevant industry experience, and supervisory exposure. In-depth knowledge of local finance industry regulations is essential to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. We are looking for an individual who is confident in their abilities and has a passion for real assets. ACA accreditation or a similar qualification would be a plus, but not essential.
