We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to provide comprehensive administration services for an international client base.

The core responsibilities will include overseeing the administration of entities in a portfolio, attending meetings with clients and intermediaries, and assisting with the training and development of Assistant Administrators. The successful candidate will also be tasked with handling billing, debt collection, and conducting reviews of financial statements and client files. Additionally, they will support the Trust Manager and Associate Director with team management, staff assessments, and the day-to-day running of the department.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Trust Law, Company Law, and AML/CFT requirements. They should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team. A qualification in CGI/STEP or equivalent, or relevant experience in trust and company administration, is preferred. Experience in people management and continuous professional development is also highly valued.
