A firm in Jersey is seeking for an Assistant Manager Onboarding Specialist to deliver a seamless and compliant onboarding experience for the company’s institutional clients.

 

In this role, the successful candidate will manage multi-jurisdictional onboarding processes, ensuring all client and investor due diligence (CDD) is complete and meets regulatory standards including AML and Financial Crime obligations. They will liaise directly with clients and investors to collect and verify documentation, conduct risk assessments, review sources of wealth/funds, and oversee ongoing screening.

 

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in AML/KYC, preferably within the fund sector, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and hold a relevant qualification such as ICA or AML.
