Job Description

We have a fantastic new opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join a leading provider of fund and corporate services in Jersey.


You’ll provide high quality managerial support and supervise the workloads of the administrators within the Jersey team.


The core duties of the role, which is not exhaustive;

  • To comply with all internal policies and procedures
  • Supervision of the administrators, their daily workloads and general performance
  • Maintaining the content within Compliance Registers
  • Assist with board reporting and similar management information
  • Completion of CMP testing, identifying risk and recommending solutions
  • Manage the remediation of the CMP testing, identifying risk and recommending solutions
  • MLRO administrative support
  • Support regulatory/banking relations/auditors and similar visits or inspections
  • Support with regulatory statistical returns, including National Risk Assessment data
  • Training colleagues as relevant
