We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Manager to join a leading Firm’s Funds Administration team in St Helier, Jersey. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that the team meets its objectives and goals while providing exceptional service to clients. The candidate will be expected to work closely with the Fund Administration team, as well as other departments within the company.

As the Assistant Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to, liaising with key stakeholders, handling client queries with the utmost proficiency, and authorising payments. In this role, the ideal candidate will need to possess a CG (ICSA) or equivalent qualification, as well as have a proven track record of experience in real estate or private equity administration. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate their advanced administrative abilities, sharp analytical thinking, and proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
