We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager to join the fund administration team. Acting as a key point of contact and sub-team leader, they will manage a portfolio of clients under the direction of a Manager, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client services.

 

In this role, the successful candidate will supervise and support Senior Fund Administrators and other team members, review their work, and take primary responsibility for client mailbox management and query resolution. They will lead critical client activities such as fundraising, investor onboarding, investment transactions, and new entity setups, while also assisting managers with workload monitoring and coaching the team.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills, practical financial services knowledge, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. They will hold or be working towards a professional qualification such as CGI (ICSA), ACCA, or ACA, with at least five years’ experience in fund or fiduciary administration. Familiarity with GFSC regulations, investor protection laws, and AML requirements is essential.
