We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Manager to join an esteemed Financial Services provider in St Helier, Jersey. In this role, the Successful Candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of professionals, build and nurture client relationships, manage transactions, and mentor junior staff members.
The ideal candidate should also possess relevant qualifications and have a strong desire to learn and grow professionally. They will be expected to possess excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools. Also, should possess a strong knowledge of local legislation and corporate governance. There will be the chance to work closely with senior management and stakeholders, providing expert advice on compensation and incentive structures. As well as taking charge of team management, ensuring that all members are performing to their best potential and are well-equipped to handle their responsibilities.
