We are seeking a Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager to join a leading legal sector Client. This is a perfect opportunity for a detail-orientated individual looking to advance their professional career.
In this role, the successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, attending and minuting board meetings, drafting governance reports, and ensuring statutory records are maintained. They will also assist in training junior team members, reviewing board materials, and liaising with external regulators, lawyers, and auditors as needed. Staying up to date with legislative and regulatory changes and implementing best practices will be essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and stock exchange listing rules. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key. Prior experience in a corporate secretarial or governance role is desirable.
