We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and talented individual to join our growing team as an Assistant Manager in Administration. This role is ideal for someone looking to make a real impact, working with a range of real estate and private equity clients.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality administration and company secretarial services to both new and established clients. Key duties include managing fund life cycle events, overseeing board meetings, reviewing regulatory submissions, authorising treasury functions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external partners. They also play a key role in coaching and developing junior team members while ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and performance targets are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant fund administration experience, be educated to A-level standard, and be working towards or willing to pursue a professional qualification such as the CGI Diploma. Strong technical knowledge of fund structures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities effectively are essential.
