Assistant Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Private Capital Fund Accounting team for a leading national banking firm. Reporting to the Fund Accounting Manager, candidates will play a key role in maintaining high-quality service delivery.

The successful candidate will support client relationships by assisting in resolving queries and coordinating fund accounting requirements. This role will involve preparing and reviewing financial statements, valuations, reconciliations, and investor reports. Additionally, the candidate will oversee fund drawdowns, distributions, and cash management while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

The ideal candidate should have a professional accountancy qualification and experience in fund accounting, particularly within Private Capital structures. A strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance is essential. Experience in a multinational environment and knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP would be advantageous. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management are crucial for success in this role. They should be a team player with good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
