We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Manager to join a leading financial services provider in St Peter Port, Guernsey. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about their work, motivated, and who enjoys working in a team environment. As a STEP/ICSA certified candidate with at least 7 years of experience in Trust & Company Administration, the candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their strong communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities.
In this role, the key responsibilities will include overseeing administration tasks, engaging in bookkeeping, and managing portfolios while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for mentoring administrative staff and fostering a culture of teamwork within the department.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will need to have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities along with comprehensive knowledge of financial transaction recording practices and regulatory compliance monitoring. Additionally, they must have obtained GCSE/O Levels inclusive of English and Mathematics.
