We need an Assistant Fund Administration Manager in St Peter Port, Guernsey to join an Esteemed fund services provider. In this role, the successful candidate will handle a wide range of fund administration tasks and corporate secretarial duties. Responsibilities include to; coordinate board meetings, maintain statutory books, manage investor documentation, and oversee cash management operations.
Our Client need someone who is highly motivated, can work independently and as part of a team, and is capable of meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in fund administration, with a strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills. Strong leadership skills are essential because they will be responsible for nurturing and mentoring junior staff members.
