Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Finance Manager to join a litigation firm.


Key duties will include:

  • Daily capture of supplier invoices and disbursement, and reconciliation of cash payments/receipts
  • Ensure all invoices are correctly addressed and appropriately approved by budget holder
  • Preparation of monthly cash & nominal ledger reconciliations and controls, accruals and prepayments schedules
  • Set up of monthly payment batches, standing order and direct debits
