We have a Client seeking an Assistant Compliance Manager to join their team in St Helier, Jersey. This permanent position offers a unique chance to work within the Firm’s esteemed compliance unit, where the Candidate will play a vital part in safeguarding regulatory and group obligations. As an integral member of the hybrid workplace, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for a range of duties. They will support and enhance the effectiveness of compliance monitoring activities, as well as assist with functional reporting duties. Tasks will also include managing financial crime compliance (AML/CFT) and contributing valuable input towards management reports directed at internal and external stakeholders.

To thrive effectively within this capacity, the Ideal Candidate will need to have a range of skills and attributes. Effective communication is crucial as they will need to articulate complex regulations clearly across different levels internally and externally.
