A local fund services firm is looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to join their team in St Peter Port in Guernsey. In this role, the successful candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities, including maintaining comprehensive due diligence records, keeping up-to-date structure charts, and overseeing statutory registers. They will also manage corporate events calendars, prepare meeting logistics and documentation with precision, lead or assist in critical transactions like mergers, and handle all aspects of statutory submissions meticulously across different regions.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will need relevant qualifications and familiarity with financial services operations. They should also have advanced abilities using Microsoft Office applications and adept relationship management capabilities. As an Assistant Company Secretary, candidates will need to work collaboratively with other teams, so excellent communication skills are essential.
