An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Administrator to join an esteemed local firm based in St Peter Port, Guernsey.
As Assistant Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for transitioning paper-based files to digital platforms, managing payslip distribution, monitoring client communication, and maintaining personnel files. They will also be responsible for providing technical support and resolving any issues that may arise. Therefore, the ideal candidate must have a strong command of Microsoft Office, exceptional organisational skills, and be physically fit to handle lifting boxes.
The ideal candidate will also be expected to have excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administration and is looking to take the next step in their career. They will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent time management skills, and be able to prioritise tasks effectively.
