Join a renowned bank, as an experienced Administrator specialising in Corporate action, income & Tax in St Helier, Jersey. The Successful Candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional custody, banking, and funds dealing services while meeting Service Level Agreements. They will ensure strict compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements and seek out efficiency improvements while cutting costs where possible. Supporting ad-hoc projects and contributing to common business objectives is also required.

To be successful in this role, the Ideal Candidate should evaluate risks meticulously, minimize errors and potential losses, and exceed expectations through proactive client-focused strategies. An understanding of securities servicing operations is necessary, and at least 3 years of experience working directly with securities is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, and familiarity or involvement handling corporate actions, income streams, and taxation related matters concerning asset servicing is highly regarded. Personal style should reflect dedication to customer satisfaction, excellent collaboration abilities, and strong communication skills enabling seamless interactions.
