We have an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for an enthusiastic junior candidate to be a part of the underwriting team of a leading local insurance firm. The successful candidate will work alongside industry experts, gaining practical knowledge in underwriting processes, risk assessment, and customer service. The Firm’s blended learning approach includes work-based study, online and distance learning, and development day workshops.
We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a passion for learning, strong communication skills, and a positive, inquisitive mindset. The ideal candidate should be a team player who is committed to providing excellent customer service, eager to take on new challenges, and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. To be eligible, candidates must have a minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C/4-9 or above, including Maths and English.
