AEOI Administrator / Officer

We have a great opportunity for a Data Integrity Contractor to join an independent, global specialist in trust, corporate and fund services.

The role holder will work within the Business Support team to provide support with AEOI matters including the following:

• Population, review and oversight of AEOI data to improve data integrity within the company’s core trust database.
• Monitoring receipt of key AEOI documentation e.g. self-certification forms and validating the data included therein e.g.
  tax identification number, date and place of birth, nationality and dual nationality, residential address details, changes
  to country of residence / tax residency and ensuring this matches I,D & V documentation on file.
• Liaising with group AEOI department and the client servicing teams regarding missing and reportable data, monitoring
  trigger events as a result of change of data and ensuring third parties notified.
• Assisting with classification of client entities and providing updated AEOI documentation to third party service providers.
• Ensuring sponsorship agreements are in place as required by relevant legislations.

The role may also include support with other projects as required from time to time. The role holder must ensure that they deliver
on internal commitments to agreed deadlines and to a high standard.
