Join a team in St Helier and take on a challenging role in the field of Risk & Compliance. This Client is looking for a motivated Administrator who wants to grow their career in a dynamic office. As part of a close-knit team, the Successful Candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and receive support as they progress. In this role, the Candidate will be responsible for compliance-related inquiries, providing support, drafting and reviewing policies, and contributing to the Firms monitoring programs. The Ideal Candidate should have exceptional organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. They’ll need to be motivated, resilient and thrive under pressure. Prior experience or degrees are advantageous but not mandatory; this Company is looking for someone with a learner’s mindset who is willing to obtain relevant qualifications.
