An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator/Senior Administrator to join an esteemed legal team in Jersey. The Successful Candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of Jersey-incorporated companies, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
The role involves managing entity portfolios, preparing documents and liaising with clients and external parties. The Candidate will be responsible for bank payments and reconciliations, invoice issuance, and debtor management. They will also be responsible for supervising the activities of newer administrators and ensuring data integrity across all undertakings.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience within the finance industry, with academic qualifications and professional qualifications such as ICSA. Excellent communication skills, proficiency with MS Office Suite tools, and familiarity with Viewpoint will be an added advantage. Knowledge of anti-money laundering legislation is also essential.
The Candidate should be responsive, organised and capable of handling tasks independently. They should have a strong commitment to excellence and be able to work in a supportive team environment.
