We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Regulated Business team of a leading firm. This is a varied position that plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and upholding the commitment to excellent client service.
Working closely with the Manager and wider team, the successful candidate will be involved in reviewing client and investor documentation, preparing regulatory applications, and supporting the delivery of accurate and timely compliance processes. The work will include drafting committee papers and minutes, conducting risk assessments, performing PEP and sanction checks, and assisting with queries from clients and internal teams alike.
A willingness to pursue further compliance or AML qualifications is desirable. Strong communication and organisational skills, a methodical approach to work, and a “can-do” attitude are essential. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable using Microsoft Office and bespoke systems and be committed to delivering high standards of client service.
