We are looking for a detail-oriented Private Wealth Senior Administrator to join a leading Financial Services team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic professional environment.

In this role, the successful candidate will support a range of administrative tasks, including preparing payment instructions, maintaining client records, assisting with compliance checks, and drafting correspondence. They will also be involved in opening bank accounts, processing statutory and regulatory filings, and providing general office support such as scanning, filing, and scheduling meetings.

The ideal candidate will be educated to ‘A’ Level standard (or equivalent) and possess strong communication, organisational, and IT skills. While previous office experience is beneficial, it is not essential-what matters most is a willingness to learn and grow within the team. An interest in financial services and offshore fiduciary work would be an advantage.
