We are seeking a motivated Investor Services Administrator to join a leading firm. This role involves liaising with clients, banks, investment advisors, and colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of closed-ended investment funds.
This role is central to ensuring timely and accurate fund administration. Responsibilities include handling investor communications, preparing and releasing call and distribution notices, monitoring cash receipts, maintaining investor records, and supporting regulatory reporting. The role also involves assisting with internal projects and delivering a high level of service to both clients and investors.
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of fund administration experience, ideally with exposure to private equity. They should be personable, highly organised, and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders. A strong academic background, basic bookkeeping knowledge, and solid Excel skills are essential.
