Administrator – Investor Services

We are working with our client, a respected fund services business in Guernsey, who are seeking an Administrator – Investor Services to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in investor services, supporting day-to-day administration for a portfolio of funds and investors in a thriving financial centre.

What you’ll do

• Support the daily administration of investor records for a range of funds.
• Assist with processing investor-related documentation and updates.
• Help maintain accurate data across investor service systems.
• Collaborate with our client’s team to ensure smooth investor servicing operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of investor administration processes.

What you’ll need

• Experience in financial administration, ideally fund services.
• Strong interest in fund and investor services.
• Ability to work accurately with investor-related data and documentation.
• Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment.
