We are looking for a proactive Administrator in Corporate Services to manage daily operations of various simple client structures. This role provides a great opportunity to expand your knowledge of corporate administration, compliance, anti-money laundering, and offshore legislation in a supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality client services, maintaining accurate corporate records, assisting with incorporations and regulatory filings, and supporting board and shareholder meetings. The role also involves ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and working closely with client representatives on changes to company structures and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in corporate administration, strong organisational skills, and a desire to continue developing professionally through formal study and on-the-job learning.
