We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Company Secretarial Officer to join a growing team. This is a diverse and important role, providing day-to-day Company Secretarial services to an allocated client base.

The role involves a wide range of duties, including arranging and attending client board meetings, preparing and transcribing minutes, and maintaining corporate records and statutory reports. The successful candidate will also handle client and director queries, issue meeting notices, coordinate board packs, and make stock exchange announcements where required.

The ideal candidate will have proven Company Secretarial experience, hold an ICSA qualification (or equivalent), and demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills. They should be confident using Microsoft Word and Excel, be able to manage deadlines under pressure and take a proactive, methodical approach to their work. Strong attention to detail, a flexible attitude, and a commitment to client service are essential.
