This is a great opportunity to join a Private Client, Corporate Services and Fund Administration company as an Administrator, Company Secretarial .
This role will be responsible for day-to-day Company Secretarial services to an allocated client base, such as arranging and attending client board meetings, taking minutes, maintenance of corporate records and performing general administrative duties to ensure that our clients receive consistent high-quality service.
