A leading firm is looking for an Administrator for their Guernsey office. This role is a great opportunity to start a career in corporate administration, providing broad exposure to key tasks and the chance to develop communication and interpersonal skills.

Their day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing payment instructions, monitoring funds, assisting with client onboarding, maintaining internal systems, and supporting regulatory filings. The successful candidate will also handle general admin duties such as scanning, filing, scheduling meetings, and taking calls.

 

We’re looking for someone educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent), with good IT and communication skills, strong organisation, and a willingness to learn. An interest in financial services and a proactive attitude will help you thrive in this role.
