We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join an esteemed local firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey. This role offers a dynamic working environment, requiring strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
The responsibilities will include trade execution monitoring, assisting with account openings, handling equity and fund transfers, and overseeing corporate actions. The successful candidate will support client take-ons, risk assessments, and file reviews while ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting. Additional duties involve monitoring adherence to service-level agreements, assisting with regulatory reporting and identifying and allocating client monies.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in custody, private client investment administration, wealth management, or fund/trust administration. Basic knowledge of financial instruments and trade/settlement cycles is beneficial. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. They should be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
