Our Client, a leading legal firm looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join their esteemed team.
The responsibilities for this role will include managing company search administration tasks, executing daily searches across various registers, processing accurate expenses and client billing, and complex diary management and travel coordination that spans different time zones.
To be successful, the Ideal Candidate must be able to multitask effortlessly while maintaining attention-to-detail, have strong communication skills and initiative-taking capabilities, thrive both independently and collaboratively, possess proactive problem-solving skills, a client-centric approach, and exceptional organisational talents.
