An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced accounts professional to take on a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing account activities, and driving business growth. This position requires strong leadership, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Accounts Section, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with external deadlines
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
  • Train and support team members, fostering professional growth
  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of accounting transactions
  • Conduct budgeting and forecasting analysis
  • Review monthly and ad-hoc management reporting
  • Prepare and review statutory financial statements

What’s Needed:
✔ Fully qualified in CAT/AAT/ICSA Foundation or equivalent experience
✔ Solid understanding of payroll and banking systems, including CHAPS, SWIFT, and BACS
✔ Strong leadership, organisation, and time management skills
✔ Excellent IT proficiency and knowledge of accounts software
✔ A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
