We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong bookkeeping and accounting experience to join a busy Financial Services Firm. This is a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with billing processes, and supporting month-end, year-end, and audit procedures.
This is a hands-on role where the responsibilities will include posting and reconciling transactions using the client management system and accounting software, managing time charge records, supporting revenue recognition processes, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and assisting with fee postings and debtor reporting. The individual will also help with quarterly billing and ad-hoc data analysis and reporting.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, methodical, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Solid double-entry bookkeeping knowledge and prior experience with financial processes in a professional services environment are essential. The successful candidate should also have excellent communication skills and be confident using IT systems. However, full training on internal systems will be provided.
