A well known commercial company is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Administrator to support the daily financial and administrative operations. This part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with numbers, spreadsheets, and a variety of admin tasks.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily cash handling, reconciling till balances, processing invoices, and supporting the offshore accounts team with regular financial reporting. The day-to-day tasks will include counting and reconciling cash, updating spreadsheets, managing customer loyalty accounts, and helping with monthly invoicing and debtor follow-ups.

We’re looking for someone with strong numerical and administrative skills, good Excel knowledge, and the ability to manage their workload independently. Experience in financial reconciliation, reporting, and invoice handling is highly desirable.
