We’re looking for an Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager to join the growing team and lead the delivery of high-quality accounting services across a diverse portfolio of clients.
The successful candidate will manage and support a team of accountants, oversee the production of client deliverables, including bookkeeping, management accounts, financial statements, regulatory filings, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. They will also assist with audits, bespoke investor reporting, and support continuous improvements in processes and client service.
The ideal candidate should be qualified and have experience managing a team, strong knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS, and confidence working with accounting platforms such as Q-core, NAV, or Viewpoint. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset are essential.
