As an accountant, the successful Candidate will play a vital role in the preparation and submission of financial statements, crafting reports, collaborating on tax reporting, and engaging in problem-solving initiatives.

To excel in this role, the ideal Candidate must possess an ACA/ACCA certification or an Accounting degree and have a minimum of two years’ experience in asset/investment management or real estate sectors. The desirable candidate may have project management credentials and previous experience in professional service organisations. They may also have knowledge of real estate structures and stakeholder interaction.
