A leading bank is seeking a Temporary Account Manager to join the Client Service team, providing essential support in the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of private clients. This is a client-facing role that involves close collaboration with Relationship Managers and other internal departments.

 

Key responsibilities include processing client instructions such as payments, trades, and foreign exchanges, assisting with onboarding new clients, handling daily inquiries, and supporting clients with online banking. The successful candidate will also help identify opportunities to promote additional banking products and participate in client risk reviews and internal projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a financial services environment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to support and build client relationships. Proficiency in Outlook and strong IT skills are essential, as is a collaborative approach to teamwork.
