Account Manager – Financial Intermediaries

Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for an Account Manager – Financial Intermediaries to join an international award-winning private bank.

 

Responsibilities will include:
• undertaking the day-to-day service for existing clients.
• receiving instructions from clients and carrying these out, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken in a timely manner.
• identifying opportunities to cross and up sell the bank’s products and services and recording any leads.
• communicating with clients daily and attending meetings or client events, as required.
• coordinating across departments to deliver a highly effective client service.
• active contribution towards the bank’s financial targets and the revenue of your clients.
• providing assistance to other team members during busy times.
• assisting with and coordinating projects and large-scale system tasks that may arise.
• assisting with client periodic risk reviews, as and when required.
• ensuring that all relevant and current rules, regulations and policies are adhered to in respect of your clients
