IT Account Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Account Manager to join an Offshore IT Solutions team in Guernsey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, creating and implementing account management plans, and promoting innovative IT products and services to valued customers. Managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support, is also a part of the role.

To be considered for this role, the ideal Candidate must have a deep understanding of the IT industry, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. They must also be adept at using CRM software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records. In order to excel in this role, the Candidate should possess excellent promotional skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of the Firm’s products and services to potential clients. They will also have experience in managed services, which will be highly regarded.
