Job Description

Alexander Daniels Offshore is looking for a Marketing & Recruitment Administrator to assist our business across Jersey & Guernsey. 

The ideal candidate will be able to fulfil multiple responsibilities across both Marketing and Administration including the following: 

Marketing Responsibilities:

· Scheduling our Social Media marketing across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

· Uploading all incoming job descriptions to the company website and intranet system

· Database and spreadsheet maintenance for candidates, clients, and active jobs

· Liaising with media outlets for upcoming Editorials, Events and Promotions

· Support the consultants with any marketing materials required – meeting packs, event collateral, job fairs

· Ordering and monitoring stock levels of branded items

· Assisting the Senior Marketing and Recruitment Administrator with ad-hoc marketing tasks 

· Supporting organisation of internal events

· Creating ‘new starter packs’ for candidates

· Maintaining the ‘new starter packs’ spreadsheet

· Obtaining items for ‘new starter packs’

Administration Responsibilities:

Meetings:

· Be aware of the meeting room calendar for each day.

· Escort attendees to the meeting room and offer tea/coffee/water.

· Request compliance documents

· Notify consultants of arrivals

· Ensure meeting rooms are cleared and replenished after each meeting.

Office Management:

· Answering and redirecting calls

· Liaison with suppliers & contractors to ensure the smooth running of the office.

· Processing invoices and expenses for our UK-based accounting team

· Restocking and monitoring stock levels of office stationery and sundry items

· Making travel bookings for weekly/monthly inter-island and UK visits

· Provide administrative support and office management services to the recruitment team.

· Ensuring the office is compliant with Data Protection and Health & Safety regulation.

· Uploading and certifying candidate compliance/registration documentation

· Printing forms and documents that are needed for candidates/clients’ meetings.
